The only assurance that I can give you is that I am using it myself and can’t be happier with it. I should probably include some screenshots or videos to prove that. Now keep in mind: NONE of these products are perfect. When they claim you get 5000 channels, there are going to be channels that don’t work. But that’s not intentional. Things change and channels break. They try to fix it. Now I’d be interested to know how you have been burned and what software company it has been.
